This is more of a solo or special music offering than a congregational song.  It is the voice of God claiming a person as she is baptized.  God's promise of His continual presence and love is an encouragement and comfort in the hard times of life.

A friend requested a song for the baptism of a friend of hers and her daughter. It has been a pleasure to see this borne out as the person whose baptism this song celebrates has continued to grow in the faith, and is now a Bible Study Fellowship leader.
